LAMTOR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMTOR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,980 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMTOR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDAP1, SLC25A13, and ARMC10. Each is linked with LAMTOR4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMTOR4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMTOR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMTOR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMTOR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
