Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LAMTOR4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LAMTOR4 data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LAMTOR4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LAMTOR4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and MESO show a favorable association.
KICH, UVM, and COAD are the cancer types where LAMTOR4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
