LAMTOR4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMTOR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,920 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMTOR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK8-AS1, GNPTG, and TYROBP. Each is linked with LAMTOR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMTOR4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMTOR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMTOR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMTOR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
