LAMTOR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMTOR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMTOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE11, DBF4P3, and HNRNPCL3. Each is linked with LAMTOR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMTOR2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMTOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE11 grouped by LAMTOR2-low versus LAMTOR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMTOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMTOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
