Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,766 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LAMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLFM1, FEZF2, and PBK. Each is linked with LAMP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-LAMP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMP5 versus OLFM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
