LAMP3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, CHAF1A, and MRPL57. Each is linked with LAMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-LAMP3 results are reported.
