LAMP3

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LAMP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LAMP3 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher LAMP3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LAMP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.

SKCM, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where LAMP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
