LAMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 780 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MIR8053, and FARSBP1. Each is linked with LAMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
