Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,156 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Focal adhesion assembly, Body morphogenesis, and Respiratory system development. Each is linked with LAMB4 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMB4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMB4 results are reported.
