LAMB4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGME1, IL2RA, and INSYN2B. Each is linked with LAMB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMB4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMB4 versus MGME1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
