Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,009 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LAMB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds, Positive regulation of microtubule polymerization, and Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with LAMB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMB4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMB4 results are reported.
