LAMB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,266 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L2, CCDC184, and TLE6. Each is linked with LAMB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMB4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L2 grouped by LAMB4-low versus LAMB4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
