LAMA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,805 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, METTL21A, and ACYP1. Each is linked with LAMA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA5-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by LAMA5-low versus LAMA5-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
