LAMA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP9, NARS1, and HAUS1. Each is linked with LAMA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA3-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP9 grouped by LAMA3-low versus LAMA3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
