LAMA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,154 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD21, UNC119B, and SARS1. Each is linked with LAMA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA3-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD21 grouped by LAMA3-low versus LAMA3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
