LAG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3168, UBE2V2P1, and PNMA6A. Each is linked with LAG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAG3-to-partner and partner-to-LAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3168 grouped by LAG3-low versus LAG3-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
