LACTB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,379 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, MTCO3P16, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with LACTB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACTB-to-partner and partner-to-LACTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-12 grouped by LACTB-low versus LACTB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
