Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACRT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,444 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LACRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHADL, CNIH1, and CGRRF1. Each is linked with LACRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACRT-to-partner and partner-to-LACRT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LACRT versus CHADL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
