L3HYPDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, L3HYPDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L3HYPDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7P4, OR2G3, and MTND4P28. Each is linked with L3HYPDH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L3HYPDH-to-partner and partner-to-L3HYPDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN7P4 grouped by L3HYPDH-low versus L3HYPDH-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (L3HYPDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→L3HYPDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
