L2HGDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, L2HGDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L2HGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD14P1, RGPD4-AS1, and RPL7L1P5. Each is linked with L2HGDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L2HGDH-to-partner and partner-to-L2HGDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD14P1 grouped by L2HGDH-low versus L2HGDH-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (L2HGDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→L2HGDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
