L1TD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, L1TD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,234 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L1TD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POSTN, PRKG1, and CNN2. Each is linked with L1TD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L1TD1-to-partner and partner-to-L1TD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, L1TD1 versus POSTN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (L1TD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→L1TD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
