L1TD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, L1TD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 920 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L1TD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR5A, RAD1P1, and SOCS5P3. Each is linked with L1TD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L1TD1-to-partner and partner-to-L1TD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, L1TD1 versus HTR5A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (L1TD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→L1TD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
