Across TCGA patient cohorts, L1TD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L1TD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM138D, TRGV11, and RN7SL470P. Each is linked with L1TD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L1TD1-to-partner and partner-to-L1TD1 results are reported.
