The most reproducible L1TD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ossification, Regulation of bone mineralization, and Regulation of vasculature development. Each is linked with L1TD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L1TD1-to-partner and partner-to-L1TD1 results are reported.
