Across TCGA cell cohorts, L1TD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L1TD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A8, CCR8, and MYL10. Each is linked with L1TD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L1TD1-to-partner and partner-to-L1TD1 results are reported.
