KYAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KYAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KYAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NACC1, PHC3_S263, and PI4KA_S1479. Each is linked with KYAT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KYAT1-to-partner and partner-to-KYAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KYAT1 versus NACC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KYAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KYAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
