KYAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KYAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KYAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, eIF4E, and GAPDH. Each is linked with KYAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KYAT1-to-partner and partner-to-KYAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by KYAT1-low versus KYAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KYAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KYAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
