Across TCGA cell cohorts, KYAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,216 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KYAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle, Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with KYAT1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KYAT1-to-partner and partner-to-KYAT1 results are reported.
