KYAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KYAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,071 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KYAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, HNRNPU, and IFITM1. Each is linked with KYAT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KYAT1-to-partner and partner-to-KYAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KYAT1 versus GRAP2 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KYAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KYAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
