KY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KY mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KY-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KY in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KY-to-partner and partner-to-KY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by KY-low versus KY-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KY→partner) and Y-score (partner→KY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
