KY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KY-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC2HC1B, ETV3L, and MYOCOS. Each is linked with KY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KY-to-partner and partner-to-KY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZC2HC1B grouped by KY-low versus KY-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KY→partner) and Y-score (partner→KY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
