The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher KRTAP8-1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP8-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and STAD are the cancer types where KRTAP8-1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
