Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP6-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,223 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRTAP6-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport in synapse, Negative regulation of autophagy, and Morphogenesis of embryonic epithelium. Each is linked with KRTAP6-2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP6-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP6-2 results are reported.
