KRTAP6-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP6-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP6-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-1, RNA5SP468, and RNU6-1078P. Each is linked with KRTAP6-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP6-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP6-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP6-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP6-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
