KRTAP5-10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP5-10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,683 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, F8, and FLNC. Each is linked with KRTAP5-10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-10-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP5-10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP5-10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
