The most reproducible KRTAP4-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, OR4K2, and PRORY. Each is linked with KRTAP4-7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP4-7-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP4-7 results are reported.
