Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP4-6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP4-6 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher KRTAP4-6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP4-6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC, LGG, and BLCA are the cancer types where KRTAP4-6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
