KRTAP4-16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP4-16 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP4-16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGSL1, KRT40, and HDAC11. Each is linked with KRTAP4-16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP4-16-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP4-16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RGSL1 grouped by KRTAP4-16-low versus KRTAP4-16-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP4-16→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP4-16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
