Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP4-11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP4-11 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KRTAP4-11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP4-11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

ACC, OV, and BLCA are the cancer types where KRTAP4-11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
