Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP3-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,142 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP3-3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of muscle cell differentiation, rRNA modification, and Response to gamma radiation. Each is linked with KRTAP3-3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP3-3-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP3-3 results are reported.
