Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP3-3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP3-3 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KRTAP3-3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP3-3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SCLC show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where KRTAP3-3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
