Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP3-3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP3-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-526P, MIR6090, and RN7SL186P. Each is linked with KRTAP3-3 in more than 1 cancer types.
