KRTAP22-2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP22-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP22-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPN1, SPAG16, and CEP295. Each is linked with KRTAP22-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP22-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP22-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP22-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP22-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
