Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP20-2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP20-2 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher KRTAP20-2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP20-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SCLC, READ, and GBM are the cancer types where KRTAP20-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
