KRTAP19-7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP19-7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP19-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP35, POLE2, and NDUFAF5. Each is linked with KRTAP19-7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP19-7-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP19-7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP35 grouped by KRTAP19-7-low versus KRTAP19-7-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP19-7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP19-7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
