KRTAP19-7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP19-7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP19-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEU2, RTN3, and PKP4. Each is linked with KRTAP19-7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP19-7-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP19-7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEU2 grouped by KRTAP19-7-low versus KRTAP19-7-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP19-7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP19-7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
