Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP19-6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP19-6 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher KRTAP19-6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP19-6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UVM, THCA, and SCLC are the cancer types where KRTAP19-6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
