Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP19-6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP19-6 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher KRTAP19-6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP19-6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where KRTAP19-6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
