Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP19-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,516 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP19-3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Striated muscle tissue development, Cardiac muscle cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with KRTAP19-3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP19-3-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP19-3 results are reported.
