Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP19-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,039 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP19-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-1, KRTAP19-5, and KRTAP20-2. Each is linked with KRTAP19-3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP19-3-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP19-3 results are reported.
